From I-93

From South I-93 New Hampshire take Exit 20 (Tilton) to US Route 3 North (Daniel Webster Highway).

Follow 6.3 miles to Laconia-Gilford Bypass (Route 3N / 11E). The bypass is just after the Belknap Mall.

Turn right onto the bypass and follow to the end, 6 miles.

At the end of the ramp, turn right onto Route 11W.

Follow for .9 mile and turn right after Shaws onto Route 3 North.

Follow Route 3 North for 3 miles to Proctor's Lakehouse Cottages.

We are on your left just before the Weirs Beach bridge.

From North I-93 New Hampshire take Exit 23 (New Hampton) to US Route 104 East (left turn off exit).

Follow Route 104 until it ends at Route 3 in Meredith (approximately 8 miles).

Turn right onto Route 3 and follow Route 3 until you reach the town of Weirs Beach (5- 6 minutes give or take). Continue over the bridge and stay to the right on Route 3. We are in sight now on your right.

From Maine & Seacoast

From the Seacoast take NH 16 North/Spaulding Turnpike (18 miles from Portsmouth).

Take Exit 15 to Route 11W towards Farmington / Alton.

Follow Route 11 for 15 miles. At traffic circle in Alton, follow NH Route 11/NH Route 28A for 1.8 miles to Alton Bay of Lake Winnipesaukee.

Keep left at the fork and go on NH Route 11 for 13 miles.

Turn right at the lights onto Route NH 11B / Winnipesaukee Shore Rd.

Follow to end 3.5 miles. Turn Left onto Route 3 South (Daniel Webster Hwy/Weirs Blvd)

Proctors will be on your right in .3 miles.
