• For the enjoyment of all of our guests, renters may not have pets anywhere on our property.
• Our property is ONLY for the exclusive use of our registered guests written on the registration card when you arrive. Our minimum age for rental is age 21.
VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT ANY TIME ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY.
• Please note that our rental units are NOT handicap accessible due to our terrain.
• Rental check in time is 3:00 PM and check out time is 10:00 AM.
• All Rental Cottages & Suites are NON-SMOKING UNITS. There will be an additional $200 charge if smoking occurs in these units. The same charge will apply if other offensive orders remain in the rental unit upon checkout (ie: cooking).
• All boats and Personal Water Craft (wave runners, jet skis, etc.), regardless of size, must be docked - no beaching. Docks may be available for rent, please inquire when reserving.
• Personal checks are only accepted for reservation deposits made 2 weeks prior to arrival.
• Rates DO NOT include the 8.5% New Hampshire Meals & Rentals tax.
• Cribs and cots are not available, please bring your own "Pack & Play".
• All cottages and suites have shower, heater, A/C, TV, fan, pots & pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, vacuum, coffee pot, microwave, sheets, blankets, dish towels/cloths & toaster.
• Our units are ALL SELF-HOUSEKEEPING UNITS (no daily staff housekeeping). All units are expected to be left broom swept, trash out and beds stripped.
• FIREWORKS, FIRE PITS AND ANY OPEN FIRE IS NOT ALLOWED ON OUR BEACH. THERE WILL BE A MINIMUM OF A $200 CHARGE IF ANY OF THESE HAPPEN.
